The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FISHUM) of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta welcomed the audit team for the Follow-up Audit of the Internal Quality Audit for the even semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The audit was conducted in the Multimedia Room on the first floor of the FISHUM building on Thursday, 2 July 2026. The audit team was led by Galuh Tri Pambekti, S.E.I., M.E.K., as Lead Auditor. The Lead Auditor was accompanied by three team members: Iryanto Chandra, M.Eng., Muchammad Abrori, S.Si., M.Kom., and Nira Nurwulandari, M.Pd. Their names are also included in the official list of participants for the follow-up audit.

Based on the available participant list, the activity involved faculty leaders, heads and secretaries of academic programmes, lecturers, and administrative personnel within FISHUM. The faculty leaders listed as participants included  Ambar Sari Dewi, S.Sos., M.Si., Ph.D., Vice Dean for Academic Affairs; Dr. Astri Hanjarwati, S.Sos., M.A., Vice Dean for General Administration, Planning, and Finance; and Dr. Rama Kertamukti, S.Sos., M.Sn., Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation. Enny Iroh Hayati, S.E., M.Si., Head of the Faculty Administration Office, Representatives of the undergraduate programmes included Denisa Apriliawati, S.Psi., M.Res. and Fitriana Widyastuti, S.Psi., M.Psi. from the Psychology Programme; Dr. Napsiah, S.Sos., M.Si. and Dr. Andri Rosadi, M.Hum. from the Sociology Programme; and Dr. Mokhamad Mahfud, S.Sos.I., M.Si. and Alip Kunandar, S.Sos., M.Si. from the Communication Studies Programme. Representatives of the postgraduate programmes included Dr. Retno Pandan Arum Kusumowardhani, S.Psi., M.Si., Psychologist and Sara Palila, S.Psi., M.A., Psychologist from the Master’s Programme in Psychology; Dr. Phil. Ahmad Norma Permata, S.Ag., M.A. and Dr. Muryanti, S.Sos., M.A. from the Master’s Programme in Sociology; as well as Dr. Fatma Dian Pratiwi, S.Sos., M.Si. and Achmad Zuhri, M.I.Kom. from the Master’s Programme in Media and Communication.

The Follow-up Audit forms part of the university’s internal quality assurance cycle. It is intended to verify the implementation of recommendations and corrective measures arising from the previous internal quality audit. During the activity, the auditors and the audited units reviewed relevant documents, evidence of follow-up actions, and the improvements undertaken by the faculty and its academic programmes. The audit is expected to provide objective and constructive recommendations for FISHUM in strengthening institutional governance, improving academic services, enhancing documentation practices, and ensuring the sustainable implementation of its internal quality assurance system.
