FISHUM UIN Sunan Kalijaga Holds Faculty Coordination Meeting to Discuss Research Mapping and 2026 Budget Refinement

The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FISHUM), UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, held a Faculty Coordination Meeting (Rapat Koordinasi Fakultas / RKF) on Tuesday, 14 April 2026, in the Faculty Meeting Room, 2nd Floor. The meeting brought together faculty leadership, heads of study programs, program secretaries, and administrative representatives to strengthen strategic alignment in academic planning and institutional development for 2026.

The meeting was chaired directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Erika Setyanti Kusumaputri, alongside vice deans and academic unit leaders across the faculty.

Several strategic agendas were discussed during the meeting, including research mapping across study programs, evaluation of 2026 program implementation, budget refinement, and other strategic matters related to strengthening academic governance and institutional development.In her remarks, the Dean emphasized that the RKF serves as a crucial forum for ensuring alignment between academic planning, research development, community engagement, and budget management across all faculty units.

“Through this coordination meeting, we aim to ensure that all study programs move in the same strategic direction, possess clear research development roadmaps, and are able to design budget utilization effectively, measurably, and impactfully,” she stated.

The meeting also functioned as an internal consolidation platform to reinforce synergy among study programs in responding to the evolving challenges of higher education, particularly in improving the quality of the university’s tridharma missions and strengthening the faculty’s academic competitiveness.Through regular implementation of the Faculty Coordination Meeting, FISHUM UIN Sunan Kalijaga reaffirms its commitment to advancing adaptive, collaborative, and strategically planned governance in support of its vision as a center of academic excellence in the social sciences and humanities.
