Ministry of Religious Affairs Inducts FISHUM Part-Time and Optimization PPPK Staff for 2025 Formation

The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FISHUM) at UIN Sunan Kalijaga participated in the Phase II Induction of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) for the 2025 Formation Optimization, as well as the handover of decrees for Part-Time PPPK staff. The event was conducted simultaneously by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia via Zoom on Thursday (November 27, 2025). This ceremony involved employees from various agencies, including six FISHUM UIN Sunan Kalijaga staff members who were inducted under the PPPK Optimization scheme.

The six FISHUM staff members appointed as Optimization PPPK are Arif Maryono, Setiyono, Supardi, Ghulam Anif Yulianto, S.I.P., Achmad Saifullah, and Adika Waskary Adlyansah, S.T., alongside other employees receiving Part-Time PPPK decrees. The induction procession was conducted with great solemnity, led by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Prof. Kamaruddin Amin. The oath-taking ceremony was witnessed by the Rector of UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Prof. Noorhaidi Hasan, as well as the faculty and university leadership.

In his address, Prof. Kamaruddin Amin delivered a crucial message regarding work ethics and devotion to the nation. He emphasized that every career path within the Ministry of Religious Affairs must be approached with a positive mindset, high commitment, and a determination to continuously grow.

“This career journey is a long process. I hope you can maintain your integrity and continue to contribute wholeheartedly,” he stated. Prof. Kamaruddin further added that dedication and hard work in carrying out duties would impact not only individual careers but also collective welfare.

Following the induction, the event proceeded with the symbolic handover of Part-Time PPPK decrees to 64 other employees by the Head of the General Administration and Finance Bureau of UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Dr. Ali Sodiq. In his remarks, Dr. Ali Sodiq expressed his hope that the newly inducted staff would maintain their optimism and contribute to enhancing the quality of service at UIN Sunan Kalijaga.

“Congratulations to our colleagues who have been inducted; may this decision open up more career opportunities in the future,” he added.

This event marks a pivotal moment for the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at UIN Sunan Kalijaga to reinforce integrity, service quality, and work ethics across all faculty units, while providing hope for all employees to continue serving with a high degree of professionalism.
